dinner tofu Tinna butter lo fry chesi uppu karam pasupu vesi..its yummy , turkey inkepdu konanu, nachaledu 

repu mutton try cheybotunna without onions

Keto flu oka 2 days ala vuntundii 

that is the reason I started keto on weekends 

body has to go towards ketosis normal ga keto diet lo eppudu anipinchale naaku ki velthe oddule normal protein diet ke variety ga vuntundii

Turkey normal ga grounded techchukoo until its deep fried properly cooked you wouldn't appreciate taste.

i used to prepare seek kabab and I liked it.

How about gaining back those 6 pounds? That's mostly water weight and once you start eating normal for 2 days back with water weight.

Thats too much of Fat in one serving.. 

use either butter/avacado/ghee  not mix of all. Measurement should be tablespoon not spoons. buy table spoon measurement from walmart $2 ki dorkutai.. Similarly buy a food weigh machine $5-10 ki dorkutai.

andukey simple diet follow kavali.. nothing fancy.. Your fat is too much.. thats not required. 60-65% is good. The measurements are called teaspoons/tablespoon. i think thats where things are going wrong. see below i made a diet chart. 

1g fat is 9 calories

1g carb & protein is 4 calories based on that i formulated. you can try in your excel sheet. Dont' eat random foods. Lets say decide for next 3 days what you gonna eat.  Protein Shake I'm assuming pre and post workout 1 scoop each. with each meal you can eat brocolli/lettuce/spinach/celery/cilantro/mint/spices.

If you see diet chart below. i dinn use Oils atall.. Only butter/ghee. You can add coconut oil its really good for fat burning. It will give you lots of energy if consumed pre workout. And you need not post your macros daily.

One more thing you don't need to consume 2 tablespoon in one sitting, you can do 1 tblspoon butter in afternoon and in evening just gulp 1 tblspoon butter directly. No hard and fast to eat everything in one sitting. Meat should be measured raw, post cooking the weight will shrink but thats okay.

Don't say that , enti normal food , keto following kada lose avvaliga weight
