uncles..nenu first time gym lo joined...my target: reduce potta first..then build body. Joined golds gym in india.

Reverse your target : build muscle flab will feel the burn. Do weight training and have 2g/kg protein every day. Cut down carbs in morning and eat at night or around workout only. Avoid cardio.

i dont drink, smoke..also no non veg {@#
