it has good nutrition profile. Really good for overall health. Kani ah video lo adi sales pitch. Wheatgrass has anti cancer properties too. I haven't come across any scientific research on that though, but people vouch for its overall health benefit. There is one research link (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20508870) which i came across which says Wheatgrass improves oxidative stress in the body, but this was conducted on rabbits.  Found this paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11989836) which states the obvious in my case. Although i dinn have UC, had common pains in right abdomen. Doctor daggar potey edo sollu tests cheppindu.. avi kadu ani cheppi i did a round of wheatgrass shots and bottle gaurd juice for a period of 7-10 days. It worked for me. Whole foods lo Wheatgrass shots istadu.. They extract juice from real wheatgrass and charge like some $4 for each shot.

Agreed..its nothing to do with weight loss...it has a lot of white blood cells... overall immune system better avtadi

thanks, yeah ade anipnchindi so wanted to take your opinion.second thing recently running start chesa, but having abdominal pain while running, koncham gap iste normal avtundi. have you heard of this before?

If the pain is on right side below daiphram dani side stitch antaaru.. Common condition in runners.

or else sumtimes scrambled tofu curry with single chapati.

chick pea salad, barley lentil salad.

protein ki tofu, mushrooms, eggs, meal maker or tvf, and protein shake.

whatever I eat I look whether I have reached protein goals or not.

also 7 grain mix ani barley, wheat berries wild rice anni mixture dorukutundii adi use chesta.

costco ankul non-gmo and organic, mari firm ga vundadu kaani egg burjjii type vandukovachu and you can eat just like that too
