nenu before and after blood test chepichukunaa after doing it for 3 months no diffrence everything was normal.. nuvu antaa definet gaa elaa chapagalavu man ?

and ruled.me lo calculator prakaram I can have 20grams of net carbs everyday .. fat -130grams and protein 75grams -- total calories 1565 cals

correct... ruledme lo atall istadu..... but first 2-3 weeks good idea to maintain <10 grms ...
