Evening - make some meat balls with ground chicken - lettuce madhyalo pettukoni thinu.. fill the lettuce with cheese, sour cream and chicken meat balls

dinner - oka leg quarter grill cheskoni thinu... 

 

Calculate your calories, fat, carbs and protein . daanni batti cheese and other stuff vary chesko intake ^^

Uncle I never said that nenu diet lo unnaani...Oct n Nov lo gym vella bane. 

Ipudu nenu kuda keto cheddam ani but before that body ki koncham carbs takkuva chesi then keto estartt.

It took me almost a year to stop rice kind of food but appudappudu frnds n families intiki vellinapoudu I am forced to eat. But I felt like a tiger who is man eater okasari carbs body lo padagane u feel like dengi paaye diet first let's do kummudu ani anipistadii.

nenu oka 3-4 months night juices meeda bathika kale carrot beetroot Apple orange celery motham blend chesi tagevadini ala alavatu ayindii stopping rice. It's kinda hard but at the same time patience vundali

Yaa nenu kuda rice ki chala addictive. Next 2weeks rice thagginchi keto start cheddam ani plan. Let's see.
