ee ingredients thoni prepare chesukunte - kum se kum 6+ (~ 10 small bowls vasthadhi) meals ki aithe vasthadi - so we will be in our keto limits (protein, fat,carbs and calories)

and haleem can be stored in fridge for almost a week.

follow any haleem recipe and use the above ingredients ... lentils motham yellow moong dal tho replace chesukunte better because these have low carbs , meat maree ekuva avuthadi anukunte moong dal quantity koncham penchandi and add some more extra onion .. but calculate the carbs and calories.. Ghee kuda adjust chesukovachu but watch out for calories

90 grans net carbs vuncle... and antha quantity chesthe it will be enough for more than 6 meals .. so 90/6 - 15 grams .. remaining carbs can come from other veggies ...

one tomato and half onion - 10 grmas carbs untayi approx... but will be enough for 2 meals

proofs and studies on ur statement please else...dont misguide with wrong information....most of the studies say dont go more than 6 months...Keto is supposed to be a kickstart for fatburning...
