you can eat anything uncel...just maintain the marcos ratio thats it

Mine is below:

8 Am: Vegitable Juice

Breakfast - Oatmeal with frozen fruites and a scoop of Protein powder or spouts

Lunch - 8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice and 2 cups curry (cooked without oil)/ Salad

Pre workout - Oatmeal with frozen fruites (You can swap this with protein..I am not abel to handle my workout without cards hence taking it)

Post Workout - Protein shake and fruits sometimes

workout sesi sana dinal ayindi...holidays punyama ani junk food baga vesa...malli month end inko trip undi..inka workout sese scene eedi...but i used to follow this doing p90 (Not p90x) followed by hlf hr cardio...but 1 month cheyadam...malli regime anta dobettadam.. patsaduvu-o.gif?1335771538

post workout is the dinner...baga akali veste some fruits.. i prefer giving atleast 8-10hrs rest to the digestive system
