To an extent you are right. But majority of our people lack civic sense and don't behave too well in public man. India lo traffic choodu ela untundo, does anyone follow the rules there. The majority don't and we all know that. Such attitudes are carried over here and we obviously stick out since the majority of the Americans do follow such rules
