In 2016, it is 29000 total applications. it is 30 fold increase in 2 years. This is severely impacting the EB2 category, who have been working here for more than 10 years. Appreciate your help. EB2 and EB1 categories have become a cesspool of blatant fraud by Indian outsourcing companies. Before targeting the H1-B visa, Congress needs to take action on the L1-B abuse and conversion to EB-1C Green card category. A 10 year wait for a green card after getting a Master's degree in the US is ridiculous.

System should be more transparent to look at people who really add value but earning a degree here and putting in years of work experience that is local to this country. Moreover, the abuse of EB-1C is hurting other categories so much that it is just unbelievable and there is no solution in sight. This is a trickling effect, if H1B does not work try L1. If L1 works, try EB-1c. This is absolutely non-sense and this is coming from an indian who does not support false practices by any indian company. #Boycott EB-1c, #Reviseimmigrationlawsin2017!
