ikkada ppl ki vandukone theerika undha? maa apice lo desi galla pamilies sunday vanta chesi 3 parts kindha divide chestharu anta

first dhi bayate unchestharu...for first 2 days, second dhi fridge lo pedatharu for next 2 days, third dhi deeper lo pedatharu for last 2 days...and 7th day malli vanta chestharu...inka emi fresh....ayina same food 6 days back to back ela thinataro emito...

emanna ante pelli ayyi iddharu pillalu unte thelusthadhi neeku antaru..70% families either hotel lo to go food meedha or else frozen ready made foods meedha bathikestharu...

andhuke kadha ikkada enni indian restaurants unna happy gaa nadichesthunnayi...

Yeah I cook everyday, it all take 1-2 hrs ante to cook for the dinner and next day's lunch. 

tine rice oka curry ki enduku antha ibbandi desi gallaki. don draper ankul lekka morning eggs

madyanam grilled chicken and spinach

night smoked salmon with chimmichurri vandukunte telsuthadii

Slow cooker konandi vayya, best thing to invest in. 

Night padukune mundu chicken plus some spices esi pettukuntey morning ki ready ayipothadi. Slow ga cook ayina food is even more tastier. 

Plus daily one avocado, some cottage cheese, one protein bar + shake and scrambled eggs with wheat toast in the morning, I rarely eat outside now. Maybe weekends veltha mostly Hibachi grill or Mongolian stir fry prefer chestha, both are made in front of your eyes.

okkasari poina,

aa plate la etla esukovalo teliledu,  grill daggariki poi naa plate ichchinaka oka tellodu oka kondani kattadu plate paina

 

on a serious note aa hibachi mongolian stuff bhi fresh kaadu

Yea buddy I use it too..awesome vuntadhi taste..not sure abt power bill
