So how diverse a place is anedi doesn't matter to us, we will form our own small network anywhere we go.

Strange em ledu bhayya, in some places its just financially viable. Konni places lo illu konadam and ammadam easy. Luck bagunte u will make money also. Anavasaranga 2k ala rent katte badulu ade ne payments ki vadochu ga if you have a long term contract. Ammithe if your property has appreciated you will make money off of the investment. 

E monthly salaries tho two kids families ni apartment lo unchi maintain cheyadam konchm kastame. I have seen it in my own family.

Maree 1/5th drop avvav vayya.. They might go back to 400k or 350k again.. But you hold on to it for 2 to 3 more years the prices will come right back up.. Key is to maintain at least one year payments in savings incase you lose your job..
