One good thing about near death experiences like this is you'll realize what's really important to you. I've had a near death experience due to a road accident in India, I've seen flashes of the best moments of life and trust me there wasn't a single one which was around money or all the materialistic possessions that we cherish and run after on a daily basis. It was all the best moments of my life with family & friends. This accident was after a fun road trip with friends I loved the most which taught me that just a moment is enough to bring what has been till then a wonderful day.

That was the day I've realized, living life to the fullest is the only way to live as you never know when it comes on an end which also happens to be the beauty of life. No one would be happy to know when they're going to die. Just a little too much for our little hearts.

One major reason to your stroke could also have been not being around someone who loved you. If you did have someone, they wouldn't have let you to work to death or near death.

Your post helped me realize the importance of life, again and also that you're job becomes a job psoting if something happens to us. I've been stressed about work and stopped bothering about it when I realized I'm starting to loose my hair. We should be working to live and NOT live to work.

I think you're better off finding someone that you really love and also to find work that you really enjoy. After all, what's life if you haven't loved, lived and did things that made you happy?

Live every single day as if it's your last, and one day you'll certainly be right.

Work smart not hard , delegate responsibilities if you have junior team members , that will take some stress off your mind and body

gastritis last year diag ayyindhi and I have been taking meds and changed to a green diet and few nuts and rice replaced with oats and quinoa

so basical ga niku gastritis tho paatu bp perigindhi...malli batthi thaaguthunnav it increases your blood pressure even more.....aa time ki ni heart pumping ekkuva vuntaaadhi so you started sweating......aa weak point lo you thought you are having a stroke.....

Gastritis valla you will have chest, shoulder and hand pain....moodu combine ga ravachhu.....so first get treated for gastritis.....Vizag lo peda verraju ani specialist vuntaadu vellu......he is king in treating gastritis patients.....appointment oka one month mundhu theesukoni vellu....if it is really a heart stroke antha sepu pain raadhu and you cant pin point the pain.....

 Today we got a okay and we worked arse off as they want to make sure as soon as possible as i would be going to India in a few days. 

 

Today was really a critical day as we were waiting for a signoff fron business and they flew from east coast. With stress and junk to dunk as breaks were minimal few weeks, I finally got things done and all were happy. In while the discussion is going on, I just needed to give them nothing from my end unless they ask for specific. But still it was completely uncertain as there is always a possibility of slip in the requirement. Got some decent time spent in DB to take off that stress and discuss in detail.

 

cut to the next second after office, we all went to a bar to get a toast and done.  I almost came near my  home. Was feeling acute pain in the right side of chest and thought it was gastric due to junk and spicy eating abd thought of taking pepto bismol after going home. Next I see awake is on a bed in the emergency room. No one know when it hits and next is luck
