the  only reason i support our mukku  is 

for year we had water with fluoride

but after mukke  is cm we are getting drinking water    i  dont mind what corruption he does  but water is divine  giving water  people is tough job   we had severe power cuts for agriculture but after mukku became cm we are having  continuous supply of electricity  one of my relative  in  mahboobnagar  full water  in his village pond after 20 years  he is very happy  

if we have water we can do anything

akkada oorlalo koodaa andaroo.....ee bottled water taagutunnaaru...flouride issue still a big thing there......

Gudavalli, Kanuru, Poranki Gannavaram....shed some light on SqYard rate and Sqfeet rate for Apartment buying and Plot buying

i am not into apt buying these days..so lost in touch..but if i want a deal i would not suggest looking at kanuru or poranki...my reasoning is i cant predict the growth there so i dont want to go with the premium pricing...if you still want to buy....buying on 100ft road at tadigadapa is the best bet...20-40K daka unai akkada...depending on the plot

Look somewhere near gudavlli if you can get anything less than 15-25k and make sure its nearer to NH16.. i would only suggest to buy a plot...rates i am not sure..i am mostly concentration in and around guntur
