thats not the thing....from 2008-2014 hyd pedga peragala even if it had potential....thts one of the reason compared to all major metro cities hyd realestate is low...so obvious big players started focusing from other parts of india since past yrs...at some pnt pple throught growth would be stalled and the next booming would be Ap capital..so all shifted there focus to AP.....then they started comparing it with depressed Hyd rates...now after stable gov past and future potentialtho its bouncing back...konni yearski after all the high rates in Hyd malli AP rates reasonable anipistai at some point...its all about timing

Nenu ade cheppindi......kakapothe nuvvu DEVELOPERS eanduku move avuthunnaro cheppav HYD lo ki........WHAT I AM SAYING IS .....a group of 100-500 developers/builders moved back to hyderabad from vijayawada/Guntur area. So oka 3 years vijayawada lo DULL untadi....until they return back.....

 

So @idiBeZaWaDaide scenario ...Bezawada ki repeat avvuddantavaa next 3-4 years lo.....so from now till 2020 vijayawada Rates...stalemates lo untaayi .....then INFLOW of REAL developers see VJA as growth potential antaava?

 

e lopala ee SLUMP in VIJ/Guntur ni CASH chesukovadam eala?

neyavva 100-500 developers hyd moved back aite kothaga vachi bussinesslo dige developers undara....real estate raiseki developerski linke ledu..apts need unte kontaru ante developers valle pudtaru...its all about the employment and business opportunity

I dont think there is a major slump in most of the places in Vjw....some parts of guntur outskirts has major slump and its bound to raise

First you need to know the local rates and then the growth potential there...compare it with the near by major city...if you thing the rate was a bargain you invest...if you think the rate was ok but growth potential is exponential you invest
