Midlife crisis

if we try below things, that may help.

3. this one is very important. screen time tagginchadam. especially phone ekkuvaga chodatam valla easy ga chikakulu vastayi. that affect sleep cycle and by age 40 people with this life style get many mental and physical disorders. 

4. if married, try to spend quality time with partner, not for arguing. engaging healthy sexual life style. this is very important to balance the hormones in the body and to get nice sleep. research shows that after healthy sex, the compounds released into body will make person pleasant, and calm. 

5. spending some time in a day for reading. emina hobbies unte, some time spend cheyyadam.

6. spending some time with nature will also helps. also, meeting family in india, and friends here will also helps a bit.

7. forgive and move on. thinking in other persons perspective is also important. dont get spoil your mood by negative thoughts. 

8. learning some new thing new in a day, helping someone less fortunate or in need will have a big impact on your self. 

9. talk to most valuable person on the earth for at least 10 min day and try to appreciate that person for the things achieved. most valuable person is none other than you.

Explanation emundi early 30s lo unna. Career starting lo rapid growth now stalled. Trying to grow in career vs family commitments/ health issues tho helpless thoughts Vasthunnayi. Naa friends nemmadhi ga kids tho illu konukkuntunte enduko baadhaga undi oka 2-3 years venakabaddane ani.

Don’t compare as everyone’s life is different . Everyone has their own unique situations whether they are willing to share or not . Just look at the bright side and be happy :)
