nuvvu chala naive ga matldutunnavu..for everything government is responsible annatu.change is not easy in India, people attitude change kavali before we talk about governance and governments. ekkadi laga community and social responsbility ane soyi unte develop avutadi otherwise no use; for example if one cannot follow traffic rules what good is it have to wide roads?

coming to the questions on governments effort you posted above about traffic issues in hyd

google SRDP hyderabad...few underpasses and flyovers planned part of this project already launched (for example mindspace junction - flyover and underpass, ayyappa society underpass, lb nagar/kamineni underpass and flyover, anand bagh underpass) and under construction are durgam cheruvu hanging bridge, owaisi hosipital etc.. major flyover acquisition and demolition kickstarted along amberpet 6 number and uppal (2000 crore project).  

metro is with out a doubt will be a game changer going forward..peoples approach and attitude needs to chang and start using public transportation more..granted metro is not fully done yet but making rapid strides.
