Use only steel cut oats, no instant oatmeal junk. No processed fruit juices, better make your own juice from freshly squeezed oranges in a blender(Nutribullet etc). Eat rice with beans/chick peas etc for dinner instead of eating gluten filled wheat. Do resistance training and HIIT instead of running 2 miles and ditch the elliptical.
