lol...nice joke....jst insulin spikeki diabetes vachestada...looks like you are more influenced with keto theory

Insulin affects diabetes and obesity more than any other hormone, it's not a joke it's a fact. Anyone that has a basic idea of nutrition science and hormonal regulation knows this.

every cell in our body is regenerated in 6 months span, unless you travel and stay in india for every six months..nee steel body from india is long gone if you have stayed here continuously

Gluten sensitivity is real, Ikkada diet lo ekkuva non veg (red meat)) and not enough fibre.. IBS is major disease for many..gluten is definitely sensitive for such folks

Intermittent fasting regulates ghrelin and leptin levels more than breaking lunch into smaller portions. Practically experimented and observed.

here is the thing.. eat what is being digested by your body...every body is different.. every one has sensitivities and allergies.. evado edo cheppadani addamayinavi try cheyadu

stopping white rice and replacing with 8 hr soaked brown rice is great alternative, second option is basmati rice

idli and dosa use.. parboiled rice

Ghrelin is hunger harmone, leptin is "enough" harmone

break your lunch to 12 and 3.. 2 portions.

edi tinna slow ga complete chew chesi tinte the above harmine will handle everything that suits to your body

stick to the diet your have been comfortable all life till now

replace the component with healthier brother (sona masoori with Brown rice for example, chillar eggs with Cage Free/Organic etc)

drink small qty of water entire day than 1 litre at a time

Dude @tennisluvr where do you get these from

Einkhorn grain or Ezekiel bread

do you prepare your own bread ??

I used to get it previously bread from stores which is preservative free and by regular bread making process which usually takes a day or two.

There is one bread maker in Chicago who sells that einkhorn bread
