7:30 ki morning heavy breakfast : Smothie - > Oats + Banana+ Chia seeds+ Frozen fruits +whey  + Peanut butter 

10 o clock : mixed nuts or some snacks

12 0 clock : Brown rice ( cooking time lo few frozed veggies and allu add chestha) and chicken curry/ 4 eggs curry

3 :30 parle g or tiger biscuit packet ( optional one)

5 or 5:15 : ->  Banana eating  after 30 min 5 gms creatine 

6 -7 Gym or boxing class

7  ki Why protein shake 

8 ki dinner- > Brown rice + chicken curry/ egg curry +  raw brocoli or spinach ..

9:30 milk with sugar and Ensure plus 

Total calorie intake almost 3500+

nen weight peragatledu mari..ma opp room ammailu unnaru 70 kgs ala... nen inka 62 dagare unna..evaranna weight adguthe chepanikke siggu ithundi...etlina next year ki oka 5 kgs peragalani decide iyya..proper weight gain cheyale with muscle mass
