And @Android__Halwa has no problem living like a second class citizen. As a second language you are very unlikely to be as authentic as hindi first language speaker. This mean by default they will be more indian than you making you de facto second class citizen if not de jure.  Even your own wife may see you as second rate wrt hindi speaker who will be your neighbor in hyderabad if not already there- it is flooded with hindi speakers anyway.   good luck spending hours and hours correcting your accent and appearing more indian than somebody for whom the accent and language comes effortlessly because he was born in to it. 

And the worst thing is trying to learn English has actual career and monetory benefits whereas trying to learn hindi has none there is no enginerring or computer science or management in hindi.

Arey luccha English has science, knowledge, math, justice. Ideally yes we could have developed telugu to do the same like chinese did with their language or arabs did with their language. Your rubbish hindi has none of it. Not a single indian language is equipped to teach engineering or medicne. But you still suck on hindi like a mental guy and humiliate telugu people.

Second class is not something that is defined by someone..it’s a feeling when you are desperate and destitute and can’t do anything about it...
