both will. it depends on how much both states will allocate to their transport division. TG will have to allocate more, because privatizing has always increased costs, and pray to god that the services get better.

based on what everyone knows about Indian businessmen (and their lack of ethics) i'd say TG's transportation will get worse for the poorest, while govt allocates more and more for that sector.

AP (if Jagan doesn't go back on this annexation) will have better basic services from the govt.
