india first dissolved kashmir's constituent assembly, while keeping art 370. they demoted it to a state assembly.

Its most likely that Kashmir Pandit exodus was a long term India plan to completely occupy kashmir through propaganda.

It was definitely a BJP man acting as governor that advised Pandits to move out.
