Because it did, Legislative assembly voted in favor of scrapping article 370, so did the Parliament. Almost next to impossible to contest this in the court of law.

how did it vote when it was dissolved? what are you smoking?

Indian democracy is brahminist feudalism.

they have all these laws, but there's no need to follow them all. except I want to see a dalit PM mess with this, and you'll see half the brahmin assholes in India take up weapons against the govt.

these morons are funny. lol.

The Brahmins will happily join hands with pakistan. They joined hands with Aurangzeb and British too. It is never about India.

Weed. I just told you that this was a discretionary power of the Governor.

temporary powers. it means the article was not removed, but only temporarily suspended until assembly convenes again. lol.

just watching them show patriotism is what makes these 'debates' worthwhile.

the moment things turn against them, they'll be even more vocal against the govt.and even invite US to invade India to teach its 'leftist' govt a lesson.

and the wheel always turns. haha..

Define temporary....powers you have during a specific period of time. Yeah, that's what happened.

that's not the only thing that happened. million troops were moved into the region too. for fear of backlash.whats your point?

assembly didn't pass it. it doesn't have popular support. it will eventually be passed, sure. but it still wont have popular support.

what's the difference between what you argue and an islamophobic one? you are hiding behind your own reading of the law to assert that governor is basically king and could do anything, inspite of what its local populace wants.

is that true only of kashmir, or can a president declare 90% reservations tomorrow and push it down the people's throats?

temporary means, like US presidents executive orders which can be voided by the assembly. under a different govt.

this is all bullshit drama over nothing.

eventually India is going to take over kashmir lke a goonda takes over your property. say that, and be done with it.

Like I said yesterday, what the Indian Government did there is absolutely legal and cannot be contested in the court of law. I questioned the ethics of what they did.
