Don't give exception to minors in rape cases. Amend the law.

Minor no release cheyyaledu.  The law was changed to reduce the minor to 16, the day before he was about to release and he was kept in jail.

Are you sure ? I remember seeing in news that he was released. 

And government was even thinking to help him financially to buy a sewing machine.
