We can’t work for two different employers but we can work for one employer different clients . Roju ji oka client deggara kuda pani cheyachu. But any time you can have only one payroll running . we can even have multiple active h1bs but payroll should be with one employer at that time frame .

Without mentioning in LCA no one is eligible to do two jobs on H-1B. If one caught it comes as a problem to both employee and employer as per tax rules and violation of visa rules.
