am only referencing the current context..TFI meeting with biggies in order to start working in minimal levels. 

i believe he was just not considered as one of the biggies by the so called other biggies. 

Everyone has clashes among themselves, but for any event or meeting of such instances where every one need to be involved, they better invite all big heads..they might missed calling him or any,,they better say that at least and apologize him in a decent way...
