bro no one is following the system prescribed in vedas.. what they are following is manu smriti.. i read manu smriti man.. it clearly says the distinction is by birth

nuvvu cheppedi correct ee bro but what i am saying is people are following manu smriti.. so it's everyone's fault and it's very hard to change as it has become tradition for 100's of years.

endhi correct? siggu leni vaalley ee varna system ni goppa ga maatladtharu.. asalu Hindu varna system ni defend cheyyalsina avasaram enti? who cares how it was 2000yrs ago... edho proofs unnattu 10 mandhi rushula perlu cheppi, everyone could become brahmin ani sollu chepthunnaru. its all bullshit.

mari varna system lo kay raani vaalla sangathi enti?

if hindutva people are stuck in the era of manusmriti, these caste hierarchy deniers are even worse.. stuck in vedic period. as if vedic period Indian society was equitable. nah... There's evidence that vedas were foreign to India. and I won't even claim that the system that vedas replaced was more equitable. all bullshit claims.

ippudu sangathi gurinchi taalkaali. varna system should be read about like you read about dinosaurs in textbook.its done and dusted.

Indian history is extremely complex. and etu vaipu tippi choosina, no one comes out as decent. Hindus or Muslims or Christians. They were people who just did what they had to do in the environment they were in.

deeniki malli justification okati. all of them were assholes. you learn from their mistakes and forge a slightly better society for your kids. anthe kaani vedic society em peekindi, bochhu?? They had great philosophy coming out, but there's almost no evidence for your claim that anyone can become brahmin. Just because a few notable people were born to non-brahmins.

proof lekunda sollu oddu

vedas and upanishad lu raasindhi kooda brahmins aey. interpretation of what's written in the vedas is a complex subject.

don't assume that varna system even existed back during the vedic period. They are purely theoretical treatises, not prescriptive.

people were divided into brahmins and non-brahmins then. anthey. that too, most of India didn't even care about vedas. They had their own animist religions.

If people stuck to Vedas, India wouldn't have been a HIndu majority today. adhi marchipokandi.

no one gave a fcuk to vedas. no one understood it, other than the people who spent their life learning it.

India started to slowly become hindu sometime in the 9th century. so for all practical purposes, Hinduism is even younger than Islam.

It was buddhist earlier. and a lot of brahminist attitudes today are probably from buddhism more than Vedas.
