think about this just getting started with 500K cars per year with 24% margins straight away going to there pockets... 2030 with 10 million cars per year with with 20% margins you know how much stock going to go.....

most of the companies go with waymo's tech ....

Not practical in current state and then it will be android, one one or 2 will successfull and rest all will be making loses.

secondly, tesla has a leg up with vertical integration from chips/hardware to software and the whole damn car it self.
i think at some point Tesla will license it’s software to other car makers and that damn package now costs $10k.

other ev makers are selling their cars at a loss - primarily because the don’t have efficiency any where near tesla and hence use bigger battery packs to be in the visinty of Tesla’s range than beat Tesla. On top of that if they have to pay third parties for software and hardware then forget it

i like the NIO model also , their Battery as a service is amazing IMO

battery technology advancements ki car owner will be completely oblivious and risk free

going by review videos their internal voice assistant is also pretty robust atleast in mandarin.

the big downside is see is they are a chinese company , current leasing all manufacturing facilities from  govt a cheap rates.

NIO is trying to be apple+tesla+starbucks all combined into one  with their hangout spots

being vertically integrated and owing and controlling everything going into their products tesla is taking a huge risk but if executed the margins will kill other competitors

tesla can price gouge others into submission. just like recent price corrections

It is already doing by selling model 3 at that price. Their price is a benchmark and people compare range to price ratio and when they do that the competition is going to die since Tesla is 5 years ahead of eveyone else in fine tuning their software, battery tech and efficiency.

with latest update the range of model 3 increased by a few miles and that is unprecedented from consumers standpoint

for example, with the same 100KwH battery in model s they managed to increase range by 87miles

The current Tesla Model S Long Range Plus has an EPA range of 402 miles. That’s an 87-mile increase from when the 100.0-kWh version of the vehicle was introduced in 2016. How it achieves this is closely related to the fact that Tesla is building its own motor, inverter, battery pack, and other items instead of sourcing from a Tier 1 supplier. This do-it-yourself approach allows Tesla to continually tweak those parts to maximize their efficiency.

yeah but adoption inka peragaali andukey gaa 25k model undhi in works  ani tease chesthundhi

to all TESLA autopilot detractors , they have a looong way to go but for now they are the safest and most advanced cars on street

In the 3rd quarter, we registered one accident for every 4.59 million miles driven in which drivers had Autopilot engaged. For those driving without Autopilot but with our active safety features, we registered one accident for every 2.42 million miles driven. For those driving without Autopilot and without our active safety features, we registered one accident for every 1.79 million miles driven. By comparison, NHTSA’s most recent data shows that in the United States there is an automobile crash every 479,000 miles.

$25K car vaste inka mass market cars ki pedda debba, ippudu already premium segment is feeling well the heat

this is what happens when everyone in market is sleeping with out innovating and depending on OEM margins...same thing happend to Motorola or nokia when Iphone released... mom and pop stores when Amazon was killing online sales...
