I would say his next H1b renewal is doubt ee.

No when he is the interviewer and he saying he discriminated against national origin, he is clearly violating company policy. Aa rejected interviewees ki lawsuit vese aaskaram isthunnadu. No company will take it. They will simply fire him. Background checks lo easy ga kanipinche reason Idhi so no company will offer him job. His career here might effectively be over.

This is bullshit. Someone who is capable will get what he is worth, if someone is able to replace you by working for cheaper, it simply means you're not good enough.

What if someone who is of same caliber and skills, can produce similar output  and willing to work for lower wages than you ?? Do you think tech companies who always willing and eager to cut down their operations costs will replace you with the cheaper substitute??

That's the point, if someone is doing your job for cheaper, you lack skill to be paid as much as you're being paid. The problem is not wage saturation, but skill saturation. That's why you have a problem with someone better than you who can do your job for cheaper.

not saying pros and cons are not there. If not this bill something else. You can’t avail the services and keep almost a million people who are in country In limbo for years kadha. Not supporting US tech workers position is what I am saying. Vallaki prathi daaniki edupe. Monna spillover valla vachina eads meedha kooda edicharu. Cheap ani unskilled ani vaalla bonda boshanam ani. Most of their posts border on racism. For example oka reply vesaru valla veedhi lo oka tella musalavida illu puvvu la pettukunedhi anta. Oka Indian family ki ammesindi anta appati nunchi aa illu oka ghetto la tayaru chesaru anta aa Indian family. Ee eads isthe ilanti valle vastharanta antu edho vesindi. Malli aa tweet ki likelu retweetlu. I stopped taking them seriously

Agreed on what you said , Us tech workers are no different than  aggressive IV. I feel if there is a proper discussion and taking into account of all aspects and coming to a reasonable agreement for both the parties is best way to go.Something to put a check on consulting companies and stringent rules on corporations just not to use foreign workers to cut down their operating costs (TVA incidents) will really help to get positive vibe to the backlog issue, I don’t think then nobody would have a negative say on it (you can exclude hardcore racists).

Seems like you are not in IT but what will be your reaction when someone from Nigeria (just used as example) comes all of sudden to your workplace and he will be replacing you in the lab from next week and you need to train him on processes then only you will receive your severance package?? After working day and night for the business, what will be your reaction in that situation?? I hope you never have to face that situation. But being in  that position before , I felt humiliated and disappointed that to after receiving exceed expectations in performance review just few weeks before. That replacing worker has no better skills than you , it’s just because of corporate greed you are thrown out.

They are worried about wage stagnation, desis are willing to work for peanuts 🥜 but American born have huge bills to pay (education loans) and can’t afford to lower down to the level desis can go on salaries. Moreover the lower level to mid level IT jobs doesn’t need very much of specialized skills and those should be given to local STEM graduates and this bill will disadvantage to them in getting those opportunities. Basically they don’t want their future generations (even the current generation) to fight for opportunities like currently in India 1 job opening = 100 applicants.  In similar context of why Telangana bifurcated from Andhra Pradesh.

Antey endi vayya ... eppudu gc vachaka high oaying h1 vadilesi peanuts ki pani chestara ?
