Coming to R.Narayana Murthy, he is communist who believes in old school Government should give money to poor. Poor need upliftment not just money. They need equal opportunities in studies, health and basic eminities. Example, Why should poor suffer/die for bad sanitation, bad drinking water the government supplies? If Govt give them money what will be motivation to work or have their kids study? Agriculture and industry are suffering with no labor available as they make more by not working. Most agricultural labor is now migrant labor from Bengal, UP etc.

 

There is common thread today that connects all Andhra people. They are not proud of telugu language, culture, religion, special status or anything that can make them united for a cause. They are proud of their cinema heroes, caste and mostly just themselves. Unless they know what they want, nothing is going to change in the ground.

 

What most people does not realize inflation in India is so high people only think that their property values are going up in reality every expense is going up. Why does Indians especially in telugu states pay more for petroleum products when the prices went down so much in rest of the world? Why does the land registration prices go up every 2 years? Why are there tolls on every national highway with bad maintenance and now every state highway in AP now? Why does the liquor prices go up by 300%? Why does the electricity rates go up when solar power generation costs are coming down? Now does everyone understand what they are doing by encouraging these schemes?

 

On North Andhra issue, Isn't Vizag already a developed city? What does it do to it by making it another capital? Increase opportunities for locals? Think twice why Telangana movement started or Marathi movement in Bombay? Making Vizag capital means more people from across the state will migrate in. It's just a real estate deal for political parties. Is Amaravathi bad? not necessarily as it is in middle of the state well connected. Did everyone else in the state got jealous for Amaravati farmers? yes, they certainly did.

nothing like that but this "telugu" ane binding factor is not binding because it not supposed to be a binding factor in the first place. our grand fathers have no idea what it is and even our father's were bought up without knowing what it is...its our generation which has listened to so called "telugu pride" which was pretty much inexistent. Do you expect people to bind to their 'telugu ness' and show solidarity ?
