How were android phones in budding stage when it was proved in court that samsung COPIED iPhone "feature-for-feature" and also had to pay Apple in hundreds of millions of dollars for infringement and damages??

and those companies sued Apple for infringement for copying "feature-for-feature" like samsung? What a shame for cheapo samsung they did not even have qualified IP attorneys to advise on legal ways to copy. they just copied iPhone features as-is on their unqualified management's desperate orders and ended up in trouble.

Many great designs come from existing designs and it is perfectly LEGAL to derive work from existing designs (you don't know it). there are ways to copy existing designs without infringing on IP which is what Apple and all other companies do legally (you don't know it). That is NOT called stealing like stupid articles say that were written by unqualified people for their site traffic (you don't know it). In some cases companies buy patents or pay royalties to use existing patent owners (you don't know it). You don't sh!t about how patents work and it is annoying that you even talk about it. Do you think Apple would copy somebody's designs illegally and get into trouble?? Do you think you know any better than the dozens of qualified IP attorneys at apple??? How laughable! Do you even know with how many hundreds of patents the iPhone was launched in 2007 (220 patents) or how much R&D each patent takes and costs ? you don't know sh!t.
