Ipudu 485 interfiling chesinollu job marochhaa?? The new employer can only file 485j in eb3 category as the underlying 485 was filed in eb3.. right?? Or can they file with eb2 485?

he got GC 3 weeks back... only thing he sent medicals during initial i did not becuase we were expecting..and peak covid kadha..wanted to avoid it..any how when we took medicals she has to take some vaccine...so nothing we can do..its just matter of time..

i don't think it's medicals bro... lots of people have sent medicals along with 485 but they are still pending approval.

6 months tarvata change avvocchu.. but you cannot change the underlying category.. if the initial 485 application was in eb3 (not sure if that is changed to eb2 after interfiling), the new employer can file the 485j only in eb3… isn’t it?

if company A submits a 485j TUB  , you got the receipt technically you already. in eb2

now company b will just to transfer you will be adjudicated in eb2

Nadhi ma brother to first scene ayetattu undi.he came 2 years before me and his PD is 2015.Nadhi 2014 and I got my GC
