they said they will not honor 15 day rule for but will take as priority.. 4 weeks annaru

Cool..did u got ur receipt notices? Just to be safe double checking call uscis number also confirm the receipt number..if u use "lost receipt" voice option uscis automatic system connects to representative. Without that it's  hard to connect with customer rep

After I got I-140 receipt number on Jan 19th my attorney sent premium upgrade request on Jan 28th. There was no communication whether they are accepting premium request or not. Generally they will get email notification.

No, we filled on Nov 24th. Rep said, he don't find receipt number yet.
