He is counting on downgrades to be adjudicated in next FY anipistundi. That’s why he is stalling the FAD to 2014. Kottha dates open cheste he kind of has an obligation to reach those dates in 8 to 12 months.

If eb3 FAD moves to Jan 2014 as he told, majority downgraders till 2014 will file for premium 140 downgrade. But question is does uscis has enough resources to handle those many premium requests. LIN and SRC centers will get crush in more workload again. And GCs EADs pakkana padestharu inka. No hope for LIN or SRC in near future until they start sharing workload between centers.

i am thiunking src and LIN is loaded  wwith 140 aapprovals, 751  and some 6xx forms for asylum , daca etc etc which have been in backloggedd

Eads at least 70% people ki icchesaru kada. And with no major movement in fling date next year, aos applications will be less. Premium they have handled well for now except for the perm from different center excuse.
