market crashing this speed is not normal , very few times it happened like big dotcom crash/ last covid crash ..... if you are holding good stocks hold on , they will bounce back ... if you holding sh*t stocks .... sold and load good stocks during this time .... bear market are to buy/acquire stocks , bull markets are to enjoy returns
