@Fish if you feel like going to india and get it treated take that step immediately. 3 months with out clarity is stressful. Try food adjustments and see if there is any specific food triggering this

Acidity could be related to another health condition too. Whenever i get severe acid reflux frequently i observed my hba1c is high.
