As long as legal reforms are not carried out the same situation will repeat everytime. 

This is not a KCR/modi/sonia problem  , it's about weak institutions

The judiciary is very corrupt tbf. The few good ones get transferred all the time. Everytime a hearing is postponed or bail is sanctioned money exchanges hands.

I am not a big legal expert but india needs a system where a simple cut and dry cheque bounce will not take 10 years to get a judgement . 

First of all immediate abolition of collegium system and replace it with UPSC style competitive exam to find new candidates

We don't need any innovative ideas , just copy the system from a functioning country and modify it to our needs
