Sadly courts are different, they don’t by emotions and lawyers exploit the weaknesses and that is universal be it India or USA

Ila emotions paina cheyavu man, clearly the guy is over speeding and the other guy is not following lane discipline is that what meets the eye. All I am saying the lawyers will exploit that point. legal course allows rich people to hire bright lawyers to clean up their mess and that is the reality of living in this world

Here is an example in the previous case, the judge gave a stay on the FIR because his legal counsel made arguments against it.

Here police are doing their duty....but what people forget is : 

1. They will get bail 

2. case will drag on for years

3. It will be dismissed as police won't provide all the proofs and version will change. count doesn't accept video evidence. They need witnesses. Who is witness here? Its all circumstantial evidence. Judge will take couple of crores and say "case dismissed".
