Akkada municipal chair person is  congress leader won with support of BJP, kasturi narender,  canal contractor kuda vadi side valle.

Congress didn’t get full majority and then BJP supported Congress and that’s how they won the municipality.

He will be held responsible being the minister but there are 5 levels of administration in bureaucracy, if certain  sewage cover is thrown open it is mere responsibility of the municipality and the corporator there.

KTR sanctions funds tothe municipality, he did what he did, the contractor negligence to not cover the under construction canal and the municipality corporator not monitoring is the root cause.
