Cbn  14 years already unnadu emi podichadu ?

Those places are unviable ani vadiki thelusu andhukey hydrerabad Japam chesadu.

15 years sheem ga unna maha ayithey oka amaravathi lo real estate bagundedhi , migatha state  motham sanka naakipoyedhi.

Why are you treating Amaravathi as a foreign place? Amaravathi is a part of our state. If Amaravathi has good infrastructure and be able to attract investments, it will increase our states income. Why can't you see that developing infrastructure in one city will attract more investments and increase the revenue of the state?

It's so close to Chennai, no sensible person will invest so close when they can already invest in Chennai.

because reality doesn't correspond to mythical investment models.

If CBN had the political power to get Amaravati funded by the Indian govt, not many would have a problem with it. There are still problems with how power is concentrated with a few families, but mostly people won't care just like they didn't care when CBN gave away billions worth of land to his cronies in hitec city.

but here state govt has to cough up almost all the money required to build that kind of infra, which is basically bs. Simply no state govt (not even the richest Mah govt) can afford to build a city that CBN envisioned.

that you believe in this bs, despite being reasonably clever in other areas says the depth of TDP propaganda on this issue.

Just wait and see how Tirupathi becomes the biggest city in AP in a decade. if you guys keep blocking Vizag capital as if doing a favour for state's unity in favour of amaravati.

State Government now doesn't even have money to pay salaries. What use is not paying for Amaravathi giving? In times of economic recession like now, building infrastructure is the sensible thing to do, it will generate employment and create economic activity. What use is Jagan's navaratranalu if he is showing people of Andhra Pradesh how to beg, and not how to make a living. We are all going to end up being beggars in the future if the money flow doesn't stop.

Capital kattakunda em attract chestaru bro. Imagine you're the CM yourself, what incentive can you give for a company to invest in your state without proper infrastructure?

The best investment destination in Andhra according to independent trade bodies and central govt  is https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/news/chennai-tirupati-nellore-tri-city-industrial-hub-among-top-10-most-attractive-clusters-for-investment-invest-india/article31632831.ece

dude, its the platform he ran on, and won. he is simply fulfilling the things he said he will. that's why govt exists. especially state govts which have zero monetary and very less fiscal space to manoevre

so according to you, people who receive handouts won't aspire for better lives using them as a springboard? I think AP is gonna prove you wrong.

Jagan's profligate spending is a problem, but the problem is in the means, not the intention itself. What he is doing today should've been done many decades ago. not too late lets hope.
