I don't agree, it's not about who did what. It's about the attitude of general public in AP vs TG. TG lo social mobility ki education is the only way. AP lo ala kadu, even people who own a lot of kobbari thota, magani anni unna, people don't focus on education as it is secondary for them. Same thing you can see in Pagoji and thugoji. Kuragayala vyaparam, hotel business chestu kotlu sampadinche bochudu mandi, they don't see education as a medium for social mobility despite having incredible amount of wealth.

Education wont come with "attitude" - it comes with infrastructure. one third of telangan population lives at or near hyd - they have access to top colleges - most of which established during Ap rule.

Krishna Guntur koncham better, I agree. But along with Godzillas, Srikakulam side and Rayalaseema side kuda education is a joke. Dabbunodu enduku chadavadam anukuntaadu, dabbulenodu Dubai ko edo paripotadu. Like I said, education is secondary in most places other than Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.

Ilanti stats chupinchi pattinchukoru.. what is the point really? Hyderabad is a large urban center with many educational institutions and people from various parts of the country. It will offset any rural data. Infact there is 25 point gap between urban and rural literacy rate in Telangana.
