Both states it is the same case. Rendu literally 40’s lone unnayi. A rural person cannot compete to get admission in the city. They also cannot afford to migrate to the city to get that education. These percentages have been the same for ages too without much improvement. Oorlallo atleast 2nd rate degree colleges kuda Kattaru or they don’t get permission. If you are a rural person you don’t have any option for upward mobility. Work in a farm or as a manual labor through out your life.
