Both states it is the same case. Rendu literally 40’s lone unnayi. A rural person cannot compete to get admission in the city. They also cannot afford to migrate to the city to get that education. These percentages have been the same for ages too without much improvement. Oorlallo atleast 2nd rate degree colleges kuda Kattaru or they don’t get permission. If you are a rural person you don’t have any option for upward mobility. Work in a farm or as a manual labor through out your life. Even your kids should do the same annatey. @Pulkapresident

My parents used to work as daily labours while they were continuing their studies...one is an executive engineer in a psu and other one is a govt school teacher( sa ), iddaru govt funded institutions lo ney chadukunnaru and as you said govt funded institutions are the only way for upward mobility among rural youth...chivariki vaati medha kuda paddaru mundakodukulu...

Nuvvu towns daka veltunnav, even higher education institutes unna towns like Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru lanti places lo kuda, people mentality is that, if you have a lot of wealth, you don't need education ane. People think they can sustain with all the gold jewelry they have, and the crores they get from their business, instead of getting an education.

Hyderabad lo prices chusava nuvvu? If a rural student has to move there and afford rent and food it will be very difficult. Their families just don’t make so much to give it to their kids.

Are you saying that 55% of the Andhra rural population is rich? Only few are rich. The daily wagers and farm labors don’t make enough to go to a city and get that education. How can you blame this on the attitude of the few? Further, it is no reason to not start educational institutions or cut funding for them in rural areas.

No, poor people need to focus on education. It's easier to migrate in AP than in TG.

Migration is cheap and easy antav anthena

Maybe it's hard for some people. My parents migrated from village to town before I was born, so I don't know the financial hardships. But again, they were only able to do that because of education.
