Ok with scotch weekly once without cocktails they have hidden sugar remember alcohol has to be processed by liver

One more thing plan your meals ahead weekend elli anni techukondi brocoli asparagus , peppers airfryer lo seasoning chesi thinte amazing filling untadi shrimp chiken fish munde techhi petukoni this is my meal plan ani sweets , snakxs , Indian store lo hakdiram , Costco lo chips tisis trash lo esi 10engadni 

Coconut oil, Kerry gold butter , intlo ghee chesukoni manchi meat with beocoli asparagus,  peppers super untadi delicious meal and prepare some creamy sauces like garlic , bine broth soups , green onion etc et carrots

Excellent. Vegetarians ki kuda oka plan cheppu bhayya. Neeku tondaraga GC raavalani aa bhagwaan ko prarth kartha hu .
