Rents kooda too much perigipoyaay.. Friend bought a house for 680k in 2020. Wanted to sell before relocating to India in 2020 but because of Covid couldn't sell which was very lucky for him. Now the home is valued at 950k and he is renting it for 4500 per month. 3000 per month rent ante too much unde ippudu 4500 anna kooda immediately renting. My townhome used to rent for 2100 to 2200 per month in Alpharetta now one tenant is vacating and I am getting multiple requests at 3000 per month..

1million home ki 4.5k rent aa? Ekkada bhayya?

for 4.5k, u can rent a home in palo alto/mountain view where homes cost 4m

Other way to think, other states like nj ny ca, state income tax to patu property taxes kuda pay cheyali... aa calculations to when i researched,  two salaries negates tx prop taxes is what i figured, but i passed on tx and called tn my new state

4500-5000 ki rent ki dorukuthayi. But neeku telisey untadhi patha homes. Vaati value mathram 3-5m easy. I know few people renting in palo alto

2.5-3% property tax. 3% interest rate. Motham kalipi 6%. YeArly 10% avge vesukovachu appreciation. Plus saving on rent

Used to live there till '18... ya might be true.. but takkuve anali...

Ikkada nashville lo ne 3k untunnai 1.2 mill homes ala...so anduke was shocked to see such amounts for 4mill homes

so, as per you, house value double in 10 years and three times in 30 years.

Another great thing with Texas is Appraisal value increase every year if house value increases 😀

Hmmm. I bought a home in 2013 dec and sold last year. 200% gain. It increased by another 500k since i sold. Offcourse some of it can be attributed to pandemic/inflation

In Alpharetta, already rented also, off course these are not CA shitty old homes that look run down.. These are nice recent builds that probably will sell for 4M in CA, 1M in GA..
