Builder em chestadu bhayya?
Adi state road with 45 speed limit.

It’s 55mph state highway and mostly busy one. Some houses in the community seems too close to busy road. Search for heritage ridge by dr horton concord in maps.

it could be that the guy might be drunk a bit and he was afraid they would put a DUI on him even though he is not at fault so he likely panicked and escaped or he thought it was some obstacle on road and just left

Entirely parents fault. The driver should have stopped. Hit and run is a crime. If he stopped, it would have been just a manslaughter. Now it’s a crime!

people don’t learn a thing even after living in this country for years. If they bought a house, they must be in the US for years. What did they learn for years? If they had the kid for 2 years, what did they learn in 2 years?? If you have kids, your kids should be ALWAYS be in your vision!! Period. If a kid dies for any reason, they will arrest the entire family.

many Indian kids are hyper and the kid was prolly excited with the new place (happens with all kids) and wandered out to explore more. Why in the hell did they leave the door open and why were they not monitoring their kid knowing that there was a high speed street???? The kid would have died even if there was a small lake outside and the parents would not have monitored the kid anyway. It’s not India where kids jump into the GALLI and play with other kids. This is stupidity and unwillingness to learn the systems and adapt them.
