Lot prices adds up to the overall value. 

Why do you think old homes went faster and for much higher prices in 2020 and 2021.. Big lots are no longer available in Austin.. Can you show a 15000 sft lot in Austin area below 1.2 million?

I still don't think we are there yet. Listing chesetollu already takkuvaki chestunnaru to get multiple offers.

Although the listed price is $152 per Sft.. It went on to get sold at 241 per Sft... Now you know why sellers are putting their properties at the price

Mortgage rates are going up means housing prices has to come down .. that is how inflation can be controlled .. period .. property tax is high here .. which is 2.9% ..

Again. Adi generalized statement vayya. It depends on which area within Austin metro you are looking at for that price. 
Go to Travviso, not a single home is below 1 Million.. go to Hutto, Taylor, Buda you ll find the homes for that kind of a price still...

Travisso i guess is the only community which seemed nice migatha antha scrap for that price anipinchindi
