Kakynada Posted February 1, 2023 Report Posted February 1, 2023 cardio - for cardio vascular diseases need to sweaet the Fauck, could be run, jog, brisk walk, but sweat should come out, normal walk no sweat, brisk walk yes for non runners. sometimes elptical and sometime cycling... make sure high protein diet, less carbs and zero sugars. Fruits sugars limit consumptions is fine, but need to check on those sugars, and limit card diet. Do moderate weight lifts, if not much into weights, should be good. 1 Quote
