What happened to all that saturated fat in chicken Eggs and Fish 🙂
Again it could be solely the dosage man and specific to you.

Average healthy individuals can eat anything in moderation, exercise a little, have good sleep... they ll live a healthy and long life.

We don't eat  chicken, Eggs and Fish on a regular basis...so it is easier to moderate.

After taking them in moderation, if milk is added to the equation, it becomes difficult.

Running not walking..cardio..your heart beat should reach its best to strengthen pumping..2 miles run under 24 minutes

Bhayya we can start with walking and get to running part if we can given no issues with body weight....some may not get to run but everyone should be able to include walk in their routine.

So that gets to discussion of generalization.
I eat them everyday. But in moderation. Same with Dairy products in moderation and none of bloodwork is out of limits for years.
I am not you or You are not me. So anyone can eat anything unless some specific food is giving you troubles.

Eat less frequently like one-meal diet. Or do intermittent fasting. It's a  good body cleaner.

Also stay away from desi fast food for a mile....especially don't eat oil food

also be stress free. Don't watch screens unless they serve a purpose like work, errands etc. Keep mobile away in some locked place

Vacation maha aithe yearly 1-2 times teeskuntam. oka rental car 4 months mundu book chesi tickets 5 months mundu book cheste anni cheap ga ne autayi. It just takes will power to do these things.

Don't try to take approval from family for every small decision. It will ruin your life entirely

Running is better instead, walking is for 60+ people

I disagree. Walking is equally effective as running. ALso, walking is more sustainable activity than running.

Walking doesn't elevate your heart rate though, the only way to condition your heart which is a muscle is by working it out. Walking is better than nothing, but running is also sustainable. There are people in their 80s who still run 2-3 miles everyday
