ante le.. home lenollani @homeless kanna darunnamga chustunnarani @perugu_vada and @veerigadu ankuntunde.

Home lenollu ani evvadu antaledhu vayya. All those above quoted guys were thinking unrealistically. There will be a collapse , we are waiting for the big one annaru. Instead you should have gotten early, built equity and avoid those high interests. Everybody is in FOMO we are not annaru. Prices are too high annaru. None talked about how your payment is increasing even if there is a slight decrease in the prices.

Callling financial experts, Average ga oka 800K plus home ki mortgage payment average $5.5k per month ostundi..

our monthly take home net is $10k after all 401k, health insurance,  other deductions .. blah blah

What do you suggest ?

For example if any one in family gets laid off, in that case net amount will be less. how are people able to make these financial decisions.

Don’t want to harsh but you can’t afford that much of house with these interest rates …go comfortably less than 600k
